Day 2 Complete of my Liquid Diet!

Ok, I am not gonna lie. I’m hungry. But I feel great!
I’m already starting to think about food haha

Morning Detox Drink:


Afternoon Snack:


I am definitely losing weight.
I have also been using the steam room to detoxify even more.

Lifting weights and running/walking intervals
ALONG with a healthy diet like I am currently  doing…

If I wasn’t so lazy – hahah I could probably do it!
It’s not hard at all…

Plus, when you start seeing the weight shed off, that will be motivation enough.
